Meadows on Oboe
Timing the wildflowers to coincide with good weather and light is challengenough, but to experience them under sunset conditions is magical. The tops of the flowers catching the last rays of sun give them a luminance that is surreal. This scene was captured on the Musical Bumps where the meadows extend all the way to Singing Pass. Available at the Mark Richards Gallery, Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa.
